• How exciting! It can be a little nerve wracking to get your first massage.

    Before you even get on the table, we’ll have a big chat about your body and what you’re most comfortable with.

    Sometimes we may only work on one area to get you and your body used to the idea of massage. Sometimes lying face down feels a little overwhelming and uncomfortable ~ that’s OK! We can adapt.

    I often suggest full body is recommended for the first appointment, however I will always work in accordance with what you're most comfortable with.

    I’ll continue to check in during the session.

    My job is to make you feel comfortable during this entire experience and give you the space to let me know if something feels uncomfortable.

  • I currently offer Remedial, Relaxation and Sports Massage.

  • Remedial: Using specialised techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy to relieve pain, tension and discomfort in areas of the body.

    Relaxation: A restorative treatment which allows you to deeply relax ~ flowing strokes melt away stress and tension and leave your nervous system, mind and body feeling at ease.
    You'll walk away with the 'floaty' feeling.
    *Note: Some remedial work may be incorporated if necessary and will be discussed with you prior to, or during your treatment.

    Sports: This style of treatment is tailored to clients undergoing preparation for - or after - a sporting event or competition. The treatment is designed to enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

  • Every massage therapist works differently and has a different approach.

    I’d describe myself as a blend of relaxation and remedial.

    Regardless of whatever you’re on the table for, I’m a big believer in ensuring the mind and body (nervous system) are in a relaxed state to be able to work on muscles and treat pain and tension more effectively.

    The more relaxed you are, the more the body will allow me to do the ‘deeper’ work.

    I also really enjoy working with the ‘Sporty Spice’ folk who are looking for some extra support whilst they train for their next big race / event, or supporting them through injury.

  • Yes! Private health rebates are available and will be discounted immediately from the total owing.

    Forgot to bring your card? I can email you a receipt to claim with your private health fund at a later date.

  • 30 mins: $60
    45 mins: $75
    60 mins: $90
    90 mins: $120

  • 30 and 45 minute sessions are often recommended for clients who need specific areas treated and not the full body. Often they might be coming more regularly to support chronic pain or injury rehabilitation, or in the lead up to sporting events and competition.

    60 and 90 mins is often for full body treatments, however depending on what’s happening in your body, we may not get to everywhere in 60 mins and just focus on the areas of concern.

    90 mins is for total bliss, or if you have a few areas that need some extra TLC (it’s been a while since your last massage!).
